YES! Well, ideally anyway. OSM is not the very best map out there right now for accuracy of points of interest, which is what Walk Score really measures. Google's is definitely pretty great, because it combines supplied POIs with user-updating. But the OSM has the potential to have so much more info, such as bike paths, sidewalks, crosswalks, pedestrian trails, etc, that nearly all online maps lack.
